Contact and Location
The Therapy Room is located near West Worthing train station
in Worthing, West Sussex. It is easily accessible by car, train,
bus, on foot or by bicycle.
Car or Motorbike
It is a short drive from both Worthing
town centre and the A24 with easy, free on-street parking.
Train
There
are trains approximately every 20 minutes to West Worthing
train station, along the coastal line. For train times, please

Bus
There are several bus stops with
regular buses. The 3, 3a, 4, 4a, 10 and 10a buses all
stop nearby,
with services from the town centre, Durrington, Goring
and beyond, stopping about every 15 minutes. Information on Worthing

Bicycle
We are happy for you to lock up your bicycle on-site.
On foot
West Worthing is a pleasant area to walk through on foot, and the therapy
room is about 25 minutes walk from the town centre.
