Classes
I have held regular Relaxation and Natural Health classes. There are no courses running at present, but for information on future classes, do get
in contact.
Courses
I hold a Teacher Training City and Guilds
7407 Stage One Qualification, enabling me to construct and teach
balanced and interesting courses and workshops.
So, whether you
are looking for professional qualifications, or an interesting
course to enable you to massage
friends and
family, keep an eye on this section for upcoming courses. .
Potential courses include Indian Head Massage and Reflexology
for friends and family. If you have any suggestions or enquires,
please do

Talks
I offer a variety of interesting talks on natural health, which
can be tailored to suit an audience.
Subjects on offer include all of the treatments you see here,
as well as more general or specific talks as suited to a particular
group.
Previous talks include the Angmering branch of
the British Legion, Women's section (invited back for three times);
Lancing Arthritis support group (invited back twice); Worthing Society
for the Blind; a local Guide group and
Splash FM radio station (two appearances).
Talks may include demonstations, or offer a more workshop-type
format with handouts to take home.
Fees vary - please
